Mitchell Schulman is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist, and a graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy's Clinical Massage Therapy Program.  Along with this training, he brings to his work graduate-level education and extensive experience in psychology, and a long-standing professional interest in the health effects of mind-body interaction.  

Mitchell is a skilled provider of a variety of bodywork modalities, including Classic Western (Swedish/Relaxation) Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, and Acupressure. He has received advanced training in techniques of Myofascial Release and Structural Integration, Scar Tissue Release, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Heated Stone Massage, and in the flowing style of integrated massage taught at the Esalen Institute in California.

In addition to State licensure in both New York and Connecticut, Mitchell is Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.   He is certified in Advanced Myofascial Techniques, and is a certified provider of Perinatal Massage.  His professional affiliations include membership in Associated Bodywork And Massage Professionals, and the American Massage Therapy Association.
